At Onnie, your happiness is our top priority! If you need to return or exchange your contact lenses, here’s the scoop:

 

Return & Exchange Policy:

7-Day Exchange Party: You’ve got 7 days from when you collect your goodies to exchange unopened and unused lenses—like a mini shopping spree!

Defective Lenses Only: We’ll swap out defective lenses or if your prescription changes (verified by our in-house optometrist)—we’re like your vision superheroes!

Store Credit for Returns: If you change your mind about an item, we’ll give you store credit—think of it as a shopping gift card for future fun!

How to Get Started: Just holler at our customer service team at [onnielens@gmail.com] or WhatsApp us with your order number, a pic, and your reasons. Easy peasy!

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Hygiene First: We can’t accept returns on opened or used lenses—safety first, folks!

Special Cases: Items bought with store credits, online vouchers, contact lens cases, and all sale or promo items are non-returnable.

No Eye Exam? No Problem! If you skip the optometrist’s exam, you’ll still get store credit— we reserve the right to switch your order to Self-Collection for a surprise!
